Lunchbox Friendly Protein Bars

Ingredients
  • 3/4 C Pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 C Sunflour seeds
  • 1 C packed Pitted Dates (soaked in boiling water for 10min)
  • 1 tblsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 C Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tblsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2 Scoops USANA Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tblsp Cocoa powder (you could also use Cacao)
  • Small grind of Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tblsp of water to bind

Method
  1. Grind the seeds first in a food processors, then progressively added the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Add the water at the end, just enough to bring it together.
  3. Spread it into a square baking dish and place in the fridge to set
