Joint's starting to feel the cooler weather, or maybe they ache even without it being cold? Dr Oz has some great tips for improving joint pain and I agree, this is something you should not have to put up with. Exercise strengthens the muscles that support the joints and draw the bones away from each other to maintain joint space.
